Requirements
• They are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead, Custody to enhance the security, efficiency, and scalability of deposit, custody, and withdrawal systems while working closely with Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers. • Key responsibilities include: Lead development and implementation of secure custody solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks Collaborate with Head of Custody to define technical strategy and roadmap for custody, deposits, withdrawals Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement Drive integration of new cryptocurrencies and networks into custody infrastructure Optimize deposit/withdrawal processes for speed and reliability Conduct code reviews ensuring best practices, security, and compliance Troubleshoot complex custody/wallet issues Oversee build/test/integration/deployment systems with DevOps Stay current on blockchain, cryptography, digital asset security advancements Contribute to overall platform design and evolution Qualifications required: Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or related 8+ years software engineering experience, with 3+ years leadership/senior technical role in cryptocurrency Deep knowledge of blockchain, cryptography, digital asset security best practices Proven experience designing/implementing secure scalable custody solutions Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages Exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, execution in fast-paced environments Strong communication/interpersonal skills Awareness of security threats/vulnerabilities and mitigation Fluency in written/verbal English Perks and
