Adyen - APAC AML/CFT Compliance Lead

• You have at least 8 years of experience in a regulatory and/or compliance function within the  payments-, financial services- and/or fintech industry; • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, which includes mentoring- and developing team members, drive the team’s performance and provide feedback and support as needed; • Your knowledge of the APAC AML/CFT regulatory landscape and best practices is well established, preferably in a recent comparable role in a Singapore financial institution. This includes deep understanding of the Payment Services Act (PS Act), MAS AML/CFT/CPF Notices, and STRO reporting mechanisms (SONAR); • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as experience in managing the relationship with regulators or supervisors and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions; • You have a natural sense of initiative, independence and ability to take ownership over complex matters; • Being tech savvy, hands-on and solution oriented will help you to be successful in a growing FinTech; • You have excellent organizational skills and know how to manage a project from conception to launch; • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously; • Passionate and driven about building a well-functioning and motivated team and mentoring and encouraging team members to continuously develop and grow. • Ready to meet us? • Ready to meet us? • If you are excited about this role, apply by clicking the link below.
