Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the United States and Canada. • Serve as a technical payroll regulatory expert for North America. • Establish scalable infrastructure to support global operations. • Develop standardized processes and performance frameworks suitable for future growth and geographic expansion. • Have deep technical expertise in North American payroll regulations. • Possess significant experience with HR system configuration and reporting customization. • Drive operational excellence through automation, process optimization, and quality oversight using quantifiable metrics. • Demonstrate strong business process management capabilities to work effectively across time zones. • Partner closely with the India-based payroll team for seamless global payroll operations.
