Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment. • Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration. • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule. • Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. • Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems. • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams. • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
