• Expert-level proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and Figma. • Deep hands-on experience with AI creative tools: Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, and the broader AI-native stack. You were using these before your team knew they existed. • Strong understanding of performance marketing creative - what stops a thumb, what kills a scroll, how platform-native creative differs from brand work. • Proven ability to produce high-quality video, static, and motion creative across multiple formats, markets, and languages at speed. • Strong design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, colour. You can make a static Meta ad that punches, not just a video that looks cool. • Self-driven and motivated to constantly explore, learn, and experiment with emerging tech. • Sharp creative instincts backed by data-driven iteration. You can read a performance dashboard and translate what it says into what to make next. • Skilled at storytelling through motion, audio, and design, with obsessive attention to detail. • Thrives as a pure individual contributor. You own creative output end-to-end, you have no interest in managing others, and you want to stay deep in the craft. • Thrives in a fast-paced, global, remote environment.
