Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design projects, from exploration and ideation to execution and polish. • Transform complex problems into high-quality, beautiful, and seamless designs across mobile and web platforms for Nas.io. • Collaborate directly with the founder, team leads, and product and engineering teams to shape overall strategy and product direction. • Partner closely with engineers during design hand-offs and pre-launch phases to ensure a high-quality implementation. • Express your ideas through tools like Figma, Jitter, and Framer. • Solve user problems while maintaining a high level of craft and consistency. • Push the boundaries of what great product design looks like and help shape the design culture within the company.
