• Own the entire user journey and experience lifecycle, identifying pain points and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure user satisfaction, usability, and design impact. • Drive initiatives to improve user onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention through superior design. • Collaboration & Communication • Act as the voice of the user in strategic discussions and decision-making forums. • Effectively communicate design vision, strategies, and updates to stakeholders at all levels. • Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the design team and beyond. • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership or head-of-role. • Proven experience designing for digital products at scale (fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred). • Strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product design. • Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma. • Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive design. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into design insights. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence executive stakeholders. • Background in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research is a plus. • Prior experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or blockchain/crypto industries. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
