• Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Administrative, customer service, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required. • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional emails independently rather than relying on templates. • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfortable navigating spreadsheets; eager to pick up new tools as needed. • Highly dependable, with consistent follow-through on tasks and commitments. • Comfortable with process-driven, repetitive administrative work, maintaining high accuracy throughout. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and task management softwares is a bonus. • This is a fixed-term, 1-year position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs. • Success Defined • Success Defined • Partner activation rate within compliance windows — % of onboarding touchpoints (follow-up, outreach, document collection) completed before the compliance window closes.
