Requirements
• Experience running onboarding, training or enablement programmes in a fast-moving GTM, sales or commercial environment. • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead live sessions, engage different audiences and make complex topics clear and actionable. • Experience developing training materials and e-learning content that help people understand and apply new skills. • Experience building and running team operations, such as OKR and roadmap tracking, and operating rhythms, with the ability to coordinate dependencies across teams and keep many stakeholders aligned.. • Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers and reporting processes, with the ability to use data to measure progress and inform decisions. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), such as WorkRamp, and an understanding of how to manage learning content and track completion. • A strong passion for using AI tools and agents, with hands-on experience applying them to automate repetitive tasks, improve processes and find smarter ways to work. • A creative, curious approach to problem-solving, with the initiative to question existing ways of working and explore better solutions. • Experience supporting a company-wide event, such as Sales Kick-Off. • Experience working at a high-growth technology or AI company. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong or other GTM reporting tools. • GROWTH POTENTIAL • We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time.
