If you’re ambitious, innovative, and ready to move fast, we’d love to have you on board. • What You'll Gain • Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of post-graduate experience managing large-scale programs or implementations, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as change management, process improvement, operational transformation, or program delivery • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line teams to executive leadership • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working through ambiguity and complexity • A collaborative working style and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional team • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions to client challenges. • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. • Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients. • Team Player: Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. • Self Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • This role requires significant travel to healthcare client sites, often for extended engagements. Candidates should be prepared for up to 40% travel, depending on active projects.
Responsibilities
• You will lead engagements spanning a range of focus areas but primarily focused on product discovery, solution design and deployment, user adoption, value measurement, and program governance — across one or more major health system partner.

This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
