Remote Senior NA Recruiter Head of Talent Close Ashby Outreach

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup or fast-growing company • A track record hiring software, ML engineers & Forward Deployed Engineers, plus experience with non-technical roles across a business • Strong sourcing skills and real comfort with cold outreach to passive candidates • The ability to sell a role, read a candidate and close an offer • High ownership. You run your reqs end to end and don't wait to be asked. • Clear, warm written communication and attention to detail in everything candidate-facing • Experience hiring for cleared roles or in defense tech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (forward deployed engineers, software engineers, ML engineers) and non-technical roles across the business • Source passive candidates through outbound outreach, referrals and your own network, and build pipelines for the roles we hire for on a rolling basis • Run intro calls that tell the Adelphi story well and give candidates a clear picture of the role and the interview process • Partner with hiring managers on intake, calibration, interview loops and timely feedback • Keep our ATS (Ashby) accurate and current so pipeline, stage and scheduling data is something we can rely on • Manage scheduling and candidate communication so every candidate has a great experience, whatever the outcome • Close candidates: run the offer process with the Head of Talent and keep candidates warm through to their start date • Help build the recruiting function: process, templates, employer brand and our referral program
