Requirements
• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California • Licensed • State of California • Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings • Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection • Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity • Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F) for 1099 contractors
Responsibilities
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions • Build trusted relationships with students and families • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers • Minimum caseload: Varies by employment type. Benefits
• W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment) • 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay) • 1099: • Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm) • Flexible Schedule: • Caseload Commitment: As a 1099 contractor, caseloads start as low as 5 clients a week.
