Requirements

• maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment • This role plays a pivotal part in delivering safe, high-quality medications to our patients, and promotes impactful pharmaceutical services for our patients. • This role requires current registration + active license with the state of OH as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. • Certified Pharmacy Technician Pay Rate: $30/hr • High school diploma or equivalent. • Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio. • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; prior experience in hospital or compounding settings preferred. • Familiarity with USP and standards and non-sterile compounding processes. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, documentation, and record-keeping. • Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance in a regulated environment. • Organized, dependable, and collaborative team player. • Commitment to patient safety and quality standards. • Hims considers all qualified applicants for employment, including applicants with arrest or conviction records, in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act, and any similar state or local fair chance laws. • It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and designated workspaces. • Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. • Participate in site-specific training, ongoing competency assessments, and annual revalidation. • Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs. • Follow USP and requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. • Compound non-sterile medications (tablets, solutions, suspensions, gummy formulations, etc.) following prescription orders and site SOPs upon completion of certification.

These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required. • This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR). • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. • Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs. • We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
