Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day bookkeeping across Xero and Pleo (coding transactions, processing invoices, chasing down vendor context, and ensuring every entry lands in the right place) • Move bank reconciliations from weekly to daily, working towards a t+1 timeline on the books • Manage expense categorisation across Pleo, where the bulk of our transaction volume flows through • Prepare month-end journals and support the close process so the finance team can produce reliable numbers, fast • Partner closely with our FinOps lead on invoicing and vendor relationships (shadow initially, then run independently) • Work with external accountants who will support onboarding and review work as you ramp up • Stay focused on core bookkeeping (revenue recognition, statutory compliance, VAT, and audit sit with senior finance and external accountants)
