In Office Junior EMEA Payments Finance Manager Accountant Reporting Budget Forecasting Close ACCA

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Function: • Lead month-end close, reporting, reconciliations and intercompany accounting • Manage treasury, FX exposure and payment provider relationships • Oversee reward liabilities, settlement cycles and cash flow • Build and maintain finance controls around fraud, abuse and user payouts • Support Growth: • Support Growth: • Lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting • Build financial models around PuzzlePlay's unique economics and user dynamics • Partner with Product on the financial implications of new features and mechanics • Support entry into new territories, including tax, payments, regulatory and compliance requirements • Work with Legal, KYC/Compliance and external advisors as the business expands • Lead Strategic Projects: • Support intercompany recharge arrangements • Develop PuzzlePlay's finance systems, processes and controls as it moves towards a standalone infrastructure • Own statutory reporting and audit as the business reaches scale • We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), ideally with 1–2 years PQE, who wants real ownership and exposure to a growing business. • Commercially minded, with strong technical accounting fundamentals • Adaptable to working autonomously in a fast-moving environment • Confident building processes where they don't yet exist • Comfortable working across finance, product, operations and senior leadership • Keen to develop experience across financial modelling, payments, multi-currency and international operations
