Requirements
• Experience using accounting software and data tools (Netsuite preferred) • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Proactive attitude towards your work • Experience in a scale-up, high-transaction environment with evolving needs
Responsibilities
• Identify and drive new processes to remove repetitive tasks and create efficiencies • Understand business needs and implement automation with the use of AI as appropriate • Perform reconciliations and resolve variances promptly • Month end reporting, including journals and financial analysis • Tracking and reporting on vehicles purchased on a weekly basis, with business stakeholders • Work closely with our Finance Operations team to resolve reconciliation issues • Manage creditor and debtor ledgers and deal with any queries regarding payments or receipts
