• Demonstrated experience building and managing multiple integrations between ERP and HCM platforms in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a track record of acting with urgency and ownership. • Experienced with leading an integration workstream and coaching junior integration engineers • Multiple years of experience with Workday’s integration tooling (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Studio, Orchestrate) • Advanced knowledge of integration patterns and technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) • Tooling Awareness: Expertise with market-leading Finance and People systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or ZIP • Solid SQL skills and comfort working with data mappings, transformations, and reconciliations • Creative problem-solving skills with a strong customer service mindset, a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop. Capable of researching independently to find solutions to various integration issues. • Basic awareness of SOX, audit, and data privacy considerations in financial and HR systems is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with Finance, People, and global technology teams. • It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible.
