Blank Street - Delivery Project Manager
Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in F&B, retail, or hospitality; shop-fitout experience is essential • Strong understanding of building regulations, permitting, and planning requirements • Proven ability to lead multiple projects while meeting targets for quality, budget, and schedule • Experience managing contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers • Confident in budget control, forecasting, and financial oversight • Able to protect design intent on site with a strong eye for detail, including confidently reading and marking up drawings to ensure coordinated, high-quality output • Comfortable travelling regularly across the UK for site visits
