Requirements

Responsibilities
• SYSTEM DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND MANAGEMENT • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions that support the organization's goals. • Be responsible for designing, coding, implementing, maintaining, and evolving applications, Salesforce solutions, and integrations. • Be responsible for reviewing the architecture, design, code, and providing approval. • Implement and maintain Internet and intranet applications using Salesforce Sites, Force.com http://Force.com, Marketing, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. • Be responsible for assisting with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, workflow development, tool customization, and Salesforce upgrades. • Be responsible for assisting with maintenance and documentation. • Manage day-to-day development processes such as version control, code deployments, and process management. • Create and manage custom code, custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes. • Hands-on experience with workflows and flows. • Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios. • Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support service offerings. • Ability to perform a variety of both complex and routine technical, analytical, and administrative duties in a high-paced environment. • SYSTEMS LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT • This role will involve maintaining and optimizing a diverse set of business systems, including: • CRM & Sales Engagement: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Churnzero • Legal/Contract Management: Ironclad • Data/Backup: Ownbackup • Ticketing/Support: Harmony AI • Experimentation: Willingness to explore and experiment with tools like Hubbl and Swantide for business systems automation and integration. • AI AND INNOVATION • Possess experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and be willing to actively experiment with AI-driven solutions to enhance business systems efficiency and user experience. • Proactively identify and propose areas where AI/automation can be leveraged to streamline workflows.
Benefits
• We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary range of $90,000–$130,000, with an annual target bonus.
