• · Proven experience in construction project management, engineering, or architecture, preferably in healthcare, retail, or a related industry. • · Experience in a rapidly growing organization, and the importance of vendor management and relationship management. • · Strong understanding of interior fit-out design, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks across Europe. • · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • · Experience working with cross-border teams and managing projects across multiple jurisdictions. • · Experience with project management software and data-driven reporting tools. • · High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • · Familiarity with sustainability standards (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) is a plus. • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills will be a plus. • This position will be based in London UK and will require travel across sites in Europe.
