• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering• Minimum 8–10 years of experience within environmental infrastructure projects, preferably water or wastewater treatment• Middle East project experience is mandatory• Exposure to European projects or suppliers is considered an asset • Technical Expertise • Strong background in civil and structural engineering related to environmental and water infrastructure projects• Experience with sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, clarifiers, tanks, and hydraulic structures• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design for hydraulic structures• Familiarity with international standards including Eurocodes, ACI, and British Standards• Experience with tendering, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering • Strong analytical skills with a practical and delivery-focused engineering approach• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Fluent in English; Hindi or Arabic is considered an asset
