• Own our lifecycle programme across email, push and in-app banners: run existing journeys and build new ones where the funnel has gaps • Manage transactional, triggered, seasonal and product campaigns, keeping the comms calendar coherent and avoiding over-messaging • Build growth, activation and retention strategies to increase ARPU • Run experiments on messaging, timing, channels and cohorts, and report on what moves activation and retention KPIs • Use AI to automate manual work and to speed up campaign creation, QA and reporting
