Requirements
• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management. • Demonstrated expertise in implementing effective compensation and benefits practices for international markets. • Strong ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions while making complex data easy to understand. • Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings. • You are considered an Excel expert by your peers, have advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Presentations. • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, successful execution. • Candidate journey • ⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Meet a team member --> ⭕️ Skills assessment--> ⭕️ Meet the Leadership team

Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously. • With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started. • Run the mechanics of our compensation review cycles: matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings, compensation statements. • Run market benchmarking end to end: data submissions, survey analysis, positioning conclusions, and a clear recommendation • Support the EU Pay Transparency rollout: pay gap analysis, action plans where gaps exceed thresholds, and getting us ready to answer pay questions properly • Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation and levelling. • Design and administer bonus schemes and keep the rules defensible and documented. • Own benefits renewals end to end: benchmarking, vendor negotiation prep, business cases, contracts with Procurement, comms. • Own the benefits budget and track effectiveness. • Use AI and automation to take manual work out of recurring analytics and processes. • Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
