• UK: Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, processing PAYE, NIC, student loans, statutory payments and year-end tax related activities
• Africa: ensuring compliance with local tax authorities including but not limited to SARS, KRA, FIRS, ZIMRA, URA etc) as well as managing local statutory deductions such as PAYE, Social Security, Pension Funds, NHIF/Medical Schemes.
• To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
• Working knowledge of the Country specific taxation, statutory and benefit related wage and hour legislation
• Experienced in MS Excel including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables
• Experience with processing global payroll and liaison with vendors
• Ability to navigate through and learn HRIS/payroll systems quickly
• CPP or similar credentials preferred
• Able to work across time zones
• 3 to 6 years of experience processing payroll for a multi-national employer, demonstrating knowledge of country specific payroll tax regulations, specifically experience in the UK, Germany and South Africa is a requirement.
