Kraken - Head of Regional Growth

• 7+ years in a growth role where you autonomously developed marketing/growth strategies and delivered successful outcomes. In the UAE we are looking to multiply growth and you should provide examples where you’ve accomplished comparable outcomes. • A proven track record in growing new users in a highly competitive environment. • Living on-the-ground in UAE full-time, with significant expertise about crypto’s local competitive landscape, payments ecosystems, marketing channels, and growth opportunities for Kraken. • Advanced crypto knowledge including how crypto products work, crypto revenue models, and crypto culture. Also prefer experience with other financial products such as equities, yield products, payments products, etc • Experience with marketing in a regulated business, preferably in financial services. • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics including key ratios and performance metrics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
