Requirements
• Crypto / trading / sportsbook / DFS experience • Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops • Location • NYC preferred (will have to travel for in-person sprints)
Responsibilities
• Own all lifecycle messaging in Braze (email, push, in-app, inbox) • Build and maintain automated onboarding, retention, and win-back flows • Create dynamic segmentation and triggered journeys • Set up and monitor promotions and targeted incentives • Run A/B tests and weekly lifecycle experiments • Track activation → retention → reactivation KPIs and report learnings • What We Look For in You • 5+ years in Lifecycle / CRM / Retention for a consumer app • Hands-on proficiency in Braze (canvas, segmentation, etc.) • Experience moving metrics, not just sending messages • Strong short-form copy instincts (mobile-first) • Comfort using data to inform decisions
