Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, or related field. • 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success (ideally in fintech, SaaS, hospitality or financial services). • Proven track record of expanding accounts via cross-sell and upsell strategies. • Experience on fintech or saas platforms selling • Strong understanding of B2B products • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools. • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key accounts with a focus on long-term growth of the business within São Paulo's market segment in Latin America. • Develop strategies to increase sales through various channels while ensuring alignment with company goals. • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering strong relationships. • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales Support, Product Development, etc., for a cohesive approach to account management. • Monitor market trends within the LatAm region to anticipate changes that may impact key accounts or present new opportunities. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics regularly to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable insights for enhancing client satisfaction and business growth. • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops relevant to the company's products/services in order to stay informed about market trends and network with potential clients or partners. • Represent the company at various functions such as trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, etc., where appropriate, showcasing our brand identity and strengthening client relationships. • Manage a team of sales representatives by providing guidance on account strategies, setting targets, monitoring performance, offering coaching sessions when necessary, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring overall productivity within the team. • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management detailing key accounts' progress, challenges faced, opportunities identified, as well as action plans to address these issues effectively.
