Requirements

We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day. • Commercial experience with React.js, React Native and the associated ecosystem • Strong mobile automated testing experience (unit, integration & end-to-end) • Excellent communication, both written and verbal • Good JavaScript knowledge, ideally including TypeScript • Experience with continuous delivery, build pipelines and app releases (both App Store and Play Store) • Familiarity with mobile ecosystem tooling such as Firebase. • Familiarity with Gradle, XCode and other native build tools • Ability to work with REST APIs and third-party services/libraries • Solid understanding of software engineering principles • Able to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission • Act as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders" across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creation • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
