• Has shipped complex SaaS or B2B products • Is strong in interaction design and comfortable working on dense workflows • Is confident in their craft and experienced working with design systems — able to use existing components effectively and contribute improvements when needed • Balances speed and attention to detail • Communicates decisions clearly and confidently • Operates with ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do • Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to a strong design culture • What Success Looks Like • Features delivered with clarity and high interaction quality • Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering • Thoughtful solutions to complex problems • Positive impact on usability and product coherence • Attention: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required — it’s our company language across all teams.
