Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience in international direct taxation across multiple jurisdictions, preferably gained within a consultancy or multinational corporate environment. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of global corporate tax rules, cross-border compliance, tax treaties, and EU Directives. • Technical Knowledge: • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to senior management. • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Languages: • Communication: Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder communication skills across regions and functions. • Communication: • Industry Experience: Startup or fintech experience is a plus. • Remote Work: Prior remote work experience is advantageous but not required. • Remote Work: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Post-Graduate or Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus. • Education: • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
