Requirements

• Proven experience growing a crypto casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes or similar high-growth gambling business • Strong experience across affiliates, creators, paid acquisition, CRM and retention • A track record of scaling FTDs and revenue while improving traffic quality • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, attribution and funnel leaks • Strong brand instincts. Responsibilities

• Own the entire Bitfortune brand strategy, positioning, voice, identity and creative direction • Build Bitfortune into one of the most recognisable brands in crypto gambling • Own growth across FTDs, revenue, retention and player quality • Build and execute the acquisition strategy across affiliates, creators, paid media, SEO, social, community and partnerships • Improve conversion from click → registration → deposit • Improve traffic quality and cut wasted spend • Build CRM, VIP and retention campaigns that increase repeat deposits and player value • Build a repeatable system around creators, streamers and affiliates • Own channel strategy, budget allocation, attribution and performance reporting • Build and lead the marketing team as the company grows
