Requirements
• Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers • Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms • Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations • Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa • Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required. We care more about how you think, how you communicate, and how you help customers succeed. • We're a remote-first, fast-moving team of builders looking for exceptional people who love to create, build, and ship. Responsibilities
• Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product • Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts • Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process • Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience • Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
