• Have a legal qualification and real experience of substantive legal work, either at a law firm or in an in-house legal function. The jurisdiction of qualification matters less than your credibility with senior legal stakeholders in this region. • Are genuinely curious about generative AI and product. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to enjoy technical conversations and learn new tools quickly and properly. • Can explain technical ideas to lawyers and legal realities to technical people, in writing and in person. • Bring structure to your own work. You plan, name owners and dependencies, meet deadlines and flag problems early rather than late. • Are comfortable with an early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written and priorities move. • Care about the client's outcome more than the demo going well. • Communicate fluently in English.
