Requirements
• At least 8 of more years of experience in a Data Engineering or Data Warehousing related field • Practical experience in building offline and real-time Data Warehouses • Familiarity with Data Warehouse Modeling theory and experience in Data Warehouse Model Design, plus an in-depth understanding of Data Warehouse systems, and experience supporting real-world business scenarios • Experience in building Data Platforms such as User Profiling, Risk Control Systems, and Indicator Systems is preferred • Good to have: • Good to have: • Familiarity with various big data architectures, especially Alicloud DataWorks/MaxCompute, AWS Spark, Databricks, and StarRocks/Doris • Experience in R&D of real-time big data systems and real-time data warehouses • Prior experience managing a team of Software Engineers/Data Engineers
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the architecture, design and development of a Data Warehouse for the Risk Control business domain and a thematic indicator system, supporting the data needs of various Risk Control business lines • Responsible for the technical architecture, design and implementation of offline and real-time Data Application services, and optimizing Data Link performance • Responsible for the development of report data and interface data for the Data Mart • Lead a high-performing, regional team of Data Engineers to successfully deliver on mission-critical projects
