Responsibilities
• Guide new team members through a seamless onboarding journey (from contract signing through their first months), ensuring everyone feels equally welcomed and supported • Carefully support key career and life milestones, including promotions, parental leave, relocations, and transitions, by coordinating smoothly behind the scenes with local partners • Maintain our People Ops stack so team members can rely on accurate, clear information about their roles and details, keeping key integrations aligned to remove friction across systems • Enhance and champion our benefits offerings, making sure every option is easy to understand, access, and appreciate across all regions • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, offering warm, prompt support while turning common inquiries into clearer documentation and simpler processes • Streamline repetitive tasks with thoughtful automation and AI tools, freeing up more time to focus on meaningful, personal human touchpoints • Foster an inclusive asynchronous workplace through intuitive self-serve guides and clear written communication that respects diverse time zones • Listen to employee feedback throughout the onboarding and lifecycle journey, using insights to continually refine and elevate the team experience • Collaborate with the Talent team to create a welcoming, cohesive transition from candidate experience to day-one onboarding • Nurture our distributed culture through performance development, engagement initiatives, and shared moments that bring people together • Ensure a safe, fair, and compliant environment across regions, handling sensitive matters with care and sound judgment • Clear communicator. Much of what you create will be read by teammates in different time zones, often working in a second language. You write plainly, warmly, and concisely, taking time to edit your work before sharing it. • Low ego. You step in wherever help is needed to get things done. You appreciate direct communication, adapt quickly when new facts emerge, and thrive in an environment with plenty of room to build.
