In Office Junior EMEA Legal Lawyer Contract Drafting Due Diligence Procurement

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer, in-house or at a law firm, ideally supporting infrastructure, technology, or energy clients • J.D. and active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills • Experience with vendor, procurement, or construction-related agreements is a plus • Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders outside of Legal • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, procurement, and customer agreements • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and negotiation strategy • Support procurement and delivery teams on equipment, construction, and services agreements for data center projects • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows • Track contractual obligations and support compliance with commercial terms • Collaborate with the VP Legal on regulatory and policy matters as needed • Support due diligence for partnerships, financings, and other transactions • Stay current on relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the business
