4+ years of experience in campaign planning and execution for consumer brands or apps.
Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns — from ideation and creative development to launch and performance review.
Strong experience working cross-functionally (Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Social Growth, PR & UA ) to ensure campaign cohesion and reach.
Deep understanding of the cultural and social landscape — with the ability to identify moments and movements where Flo can authentically participate.
Experience working on campaigns tied to purpose, education, or impact — ideally in health, wellness, or tech.
Confident in managing creative production workflows, internal and external teams, and multiple stakeholders.
Analytical mindset — experienced in tracking campaign performance, reporting results, and iterating for improvement.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and purpose-driven Integrated Campaign Manager to join Flo’s Brand team on a mission to elevate the brand’s positive impact initiatives — spanning Pass It On (education and empowerment), Privacy (trust and transparency), and Science (medical credibility and innovation).
