Responsibilities

• Monitor HR inbox and maintain HR documentation and shared drives • Support co-op programs and liaise with educational institutions as needed • Assist with internal communications, HR content updates, and employee engagement initiatives • You’ll Thrive Here If You… • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field • Bring 2+ years of relevant HR experience • Have some experience of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or startup environment • Are growth-oriented and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity and using sound judgment • Approach situations with curiosity and a willingness to learn • Have a strong understanding of provincial labour standards and HR best practices • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization • Are proficient with Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS and/or ATS systems • Can manage multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and organization • Have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate, well-organized records • Are approachable, service-oriented, and handle sensitive information with discretion • $60,000 - $70,000 a year
