Komodo Health - Data Product Manager

• 7+ years of experience in data product management or data product operations role in a healthcare or life sciences domain • Prior experience working with medical and / or prescription claims data • Comfortable using data analysis tools and creating SQL queries to conduct analysis • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Highly detail-oriented with an "Operations First" approach. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Expectations of AI Use in this role (required): • Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to enhance personal productivity, streamline workflows, content and visualization creation. • Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)… • Familiarity with life sciences, payer, and provider healthcare users, their priorities, and data and analytics needs • Prior experience as a product manager, with experience in a data-focused role at a B2B technology/software company • Experience working in agile / scrum teams with engineering to ship features and products • Experience as a leader with proven ability to collaborate and influence others in a highly cross-matrixed environment • Understanding of the third party payment system in the United States and how this system affects the claims data a strong plus but not required • Experience interacting with, managing, or building with AI agentic workflows. • The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards.
