Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or IT support. • Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure). • Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud). • Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM platforms). • Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models. • Experience with IT automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) is a plus. • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. • Strong understanding of IT compliance, data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2), and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems. • Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.). • Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are in place. • Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as needed. • Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC). • Maintain and support company-wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian, etc.). • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up and deactivating accounts. • Automate IT operations, workflows, and system monitoring to improve efficiency. • Maintain software licenses, compliance requirements, and IT documentation. • Provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring smooth system usage.
