Reddit - Lead Product Adoption Strategist, Mid-Market
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries • Industry Experience: A strong background in product adoption, account management, Go-to-market strategy, and sales strategy within the digital advertising industry. • Ads Experience: A strong understanding of lower funnel performance ad solutions, including Signals, automation, ads measurement, and optimizations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce. • Client-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success. • Client-Centric Approach: • Program Management: Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. • Program Management: • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $182,000 - $254,800 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
