Whoop - Senior Product Manager, Healthcare

• 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of shipping successful consumer-facing digital products • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders • Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, digital health, regulated products, clinical product development, or related domains • Knowledge of healthcare product development considerations, including clinical validation, health data, regulatory frameworks, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), is preferred • Expertise or strong interest in one or more areas such as women's health, exercise physiology, sleep health, nutrition, mental health, cardiometabolic health, or preventive care • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and member insights to inform product decisions • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence across teams • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Passion for improving health outcomes and advancing WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance and healthspan • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions. • This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
