You’ve seen what scaling a finance function requires and have been hands-on in building it. • ◦ Strong fluency in app store economics, subscription models, and digital revenue dynamics. This is a consumer apps business, you should be deeply comfortable operating in that environment. • ◦ A track record of building from zero. You’ve established FP&A processes, built planning frameworks, or played a meaningful role in IPO readiness or major transactions. • ◦ Comfort operating at speed and in ambiguity. You don’t rely on established processes, you create them. • ◦ The confidence to challenge leadership constructively, combined with the maturity to operate effectively in a founder-led, product-driven culture.
