Requirements

• Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills • Confident communicator, both written and verbal • Effective listener with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload • Strong IT skills including GSuite • AI/Claude, LinkedIn and growth hacking skills a plus, but can be taught • Positive, professional and hungry to learn • Eligibility: • Current Undergraduate or Graduate in Economics/Business or Finance based subject with an interest in client facing roles • A real passion for financial technology, TradFi and/or Cryptocurrencies • A creative thinker and problem solver • Must be able to legally live and work in the UK without visa support or sponsorship (student visas or visas obtained on your own are not applicable for the program) • Available Summer 2026

Responsibilities

• Learn Elwood's ideal client profile and how we identify and prioritise target accounts • Work with senior leadership on outreach, meeting booking, demo support and deal follow up • Research prospects and build target lists using LinkedIn, AI tools and market data • Support the sales team across the full client journey, from first touch to onboarding • Work alongside Marketing on campaigns and outbound messaging • Learn Elwood's product and go-to-market methodology • Run a specific assigned project with real commercial output • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing and Product
