Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation, including at least 4 years of direct experience in short- and long-term incentive plan administration plus at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. • Experience in a publicly traded company. • Familiarity with equity-administration platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, Carta). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling). • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clear
