• 7+ years working as an art director with focus on social content, either at an agency or in-house • A portfolio that shows range across paid and organic social, with strong examples of both brand-led and performance-driven work • Fluency in performance marketing - you understand how paid creative is measured, what makes a test meaningful, and how to use data to inform creative decisions without letting it flatten them • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion graphics experience is required • Strong design fundamentals. You understand type, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy at a level that goes beyond aesthetic instinct • Demonstrated comfort with AI creative tools and a genuine curiosity about where they're heading • An instinct for culture. You know what's landing on the internet before it becomes a trend deck • Strong communication skills.
