Responsibilities

• Solve high-impact problems across finance, operations, strategy, and GTM • Own strategic initiatives end-to-end: analyze, recommend, execute • Support company building: financial modeling, planning, org design, compensation • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams • Build processes and systems that scale with growth • Prepare materials for board, investors, and leadership • Mindset: No task is too big or too small — one day you might model ARR, the next streamline payroll, the next brainstorm GTM strategy with the founders.
