Requirements

Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to Parloa’s strategic and emerging partners, helping them build high-impact AI Agent solutions for shared customers. • Enable partners to confidently identify customer needs, demo Parloa’s platform, and design scalable solutions that drive automation, cost savings, and improved customer experience. • Lead technical discovery and solutioning across a range of use cases— from contact center modernization to complex enterprise integrations— leveraging Parloa’s sandbox and APIs. • Guide partners through POCs and technical validations, ensuring architectural fit and commercial clarity. • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear solution designs aligned with Parloa’s product capabilities. • Communicate value across stakeholders— from hands-on technical teams to executive sponsors— through clear, compelling storytelling. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to drive partner-led and co-sell motions. • Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product development, enablement resources, and go-to-market strategies.
