Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Executives to help knock down any technical barriers to adoption of Rasa's products. • Present our technology and address enterprise prospects’ questions during the sales cycle. • Develop a deep understanding of Rasa’s products and work with Product and Sales teams to resolve technical blockers. • Educate prospects on Rasa’s products. • Build demo assistants for showcasing technology in use cases relevant to prospects. • Ensure the success of proof of concepts and technical evaluations conducted by guiding key accounts through these processes. • Collect market insights and product feedback from conversations with enterprise prospects, then pass this information on to the Product team.
