Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or related functions • · Proven track record of building and scaling SDR/BDR organizations that deliver measurable revenue impact. • · Deep understanding of segment-specific sales development strategies • · Strong knowledge of sales development tools & technology, CRM systems (Salesforce), and advanced sales engagement platforms; experience implementing AI-driven strategies a plus. • · Exceptional ability to analyze data, lead performance storytelling, and translate insights into strategic action. • · Demonstrated success in building leadership bench strength, developing managers, and creating career pathways for SDR talent. • · Excellent executive communication and influence skills; ability to operate as a peer to Sales and Marketing leadership. • · Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. • · Integrity, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to developing people and delivering results. • R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation • This position has a salary range of $150,000 - $240,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Responsibilities

• Accountability for pipeline creation across multiple segments: Field, Mid-Market, ENT/Brand, Partner, Other. • Aligning with Sales leadership on opportunity creation goals and CW targets by segment. • Prioritizing accounts to support company revenue goals. • Setting the direction for the Sales Development function. • Driving innovation through AI adoption in sales processes. • Building scalable programs to extend reach within defined segments. • Owning and executing a cross-functional strategy that influences other departments, including Marketing and Operations. • Developing the performance narrative on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases with pipeline results, ROI, impact reports. • Building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams; developing managers for succession planning. • Partnering closely with marketing to orchestrate outbound campaigns that align XDR motions with demand generation programs. • Maintaining and optimizing the tech stack used by Sales Development Teams focusing on innovation, efficiency, scalability, and AI integration. • Establishing KPIs aligned with business objectives to hold teams accountable for quotas and core values.
